Nagaland.me is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with Facebook, YouTube, Google, Meta, or any third-party platform.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You are legally permitted to enter into agreements
  • You are the rightful owner or authorized controller of the accounts involved

3. Nature of Services

All services are advisory and technical in nature. We assist users based on platform guidelines, experience, and best practices.

Nagaland.me does not guarantee:

  • Monetization approval
  • Earnings or revenue
  • Platform verification
  • Account safety from platform actions

Final decisions always rest with Facebook, YouTube, Google, or Meta.

4. Service Delivery Timeline

  • Service initiation begins within 24 hours of payment confirmation and receipt of required information.
  • Final completion time cannot be guaranteed due to:
    • Platform review processes
    • Monetization approval delays
    • Policy changes by YouTube or Facebook

Delays caused by third-party platforms do not constitute service failure.

5. Payments & Fees

  • Payments are accepted via manual UPI transfer only.
  • All fees are one-time and non-refundable.
  • Users must submit a payment screenshot for confirmation.

Once service has started, refunds, reversals, or chargebacks are not permitted.

6. Account Access & Authorization

Certain services require temporary access to user accounts. By proceeding, users consent to provide:

  • Registered email ID
  • Account password
  • Manual approval on google or share authentication code for login

Without account access, services such as monetization application or configuration cannot be performed.

Users are advised to change passwords after service completion.

7. Mandatory Identity Documents

For address verification, account verification, and monetization compliance, users must provide:

  • Valid Aadhaar Card
  • Valid PAN Card

These documents are mandatory as required by YouTube, Facebook, and Google.
Without them, verification services cannot proceed.

Failure to provide documents does not qualify for a refund.

8. Creative Assets Requirement

For branding-related services (subscribe animations, bell icons, channel customization), users must provide:

  • Logo or profile photo
  • Relevant branding materials

Service delivery may be delayed if assets are not provided.

9. User Responsibilities

Users must:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Cooperate during service delivery
  • Follow platform policies
  • Respond promptly when requested

Nagaland.me is not responsible for issues caused by user misconduct or policy violations.

10. Limitation of Liability

Nagaland.me shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of income or revenue
  • Account suspension or termination
  • Platform rejections
  • Indirect or consequential damages

All services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

11. Termination of Service

Nagaland.me reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if:

  • False information is provided
  • Abuse or harassment occurs
  • Fraudulent activity is detected
  • Terms are violated

No refunds apply upon termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall fall under Indian jurisdiction.
